Career Well-Being Self-Assessment Workshop + Panel Discussion
From Career Frustration To Career Fulfillment
Following the delightful turnout at our April event, Viva is offering another powerful workshop followed by a stimulating discussion with our eminent panelists.
What is the workshop about? The workshop is called the Occupational Wellness Self-Assessment, where you are invited to participate in a questionnaire about your values, skills, talents, and past experience. You will then be welcome to share your results with a partner in a safe space. The sharing is voluntary.
In the six dimensions of a wellness wheel, some researchers added a seventh dimension called “Occupational Wellness”. Occupational Wellness means that through your work, you gain personal satisfaction, find enrichment and meaning, build useful skills, and contribute to your community. It requires successful time management, stress reduction, and communication and negotiation. The questionnaire can help you discover more about what occupational wellness means to you and how to achieve it.
After the workshop, you are encouraged to actively participate in the panel discussion with our mentors and career experts to empower you to fine tune your career goals with personal needs.
Who should attend the workshop? Those looking to work out a career strategy that satisfies their financial, intellectual, personal, and social needs.
- Looking for a career change/career transition/ choosing a career that suits your personality, interests and talents?
